I quickly gained an impression that the hotel had friendly staff and seemed to be very well run. It was clearly popular with families and generally provided a relaxed environment for everyone.

All in all everything was excellent, had an excellent stay for 5 nights in October. The room was airy, beautifully maintained and with a single bed across the widow. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from St Helier's Town Hall. The hotel itself was in a shopping area, close to a main road roundabout, the Jersey Opera House in Gloucester Street and Hamptonne which was a Country Life Museum which was fascinating.
Don’t have any issues at all.

The daily breakfast was very good and gorgeous with gluten free bread, fresh fruits, and multiple offerings. the location offered was magnificent and absolutely perfect, right by the restaurant in the evening and on the outskirts of St Helier.

1) Very good breakfast. 2) Staff very friendly, kind and prompt. 3) swimming pool as such. 4) restaurant, bar, lounge etc. very good.
11) I missed a facilitiy with a computer to get into internet, even if the use would cost money. Free accessible WiFi is not enough, when I am on a holiday, as I don't have a computer with me while I am on a holiday.

Hotel manager was very friendly. We were made to feel very welcome from the minute we stepped foot into the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had ever had in a hotel. The restaurant food was excellent and the chef was very helpful and found time to talk to us. Would definatley return.

The professionalism of the staff, their helpfulness and friendly demeanour. The excellent service provided (especially as far as room cleaning/tidying was concerened) and the bonus was a lovely indoor swim on a very wet and miserable (weatherwise) weekend. We have visited Jersey twice in the last 6 months but never stayed at the Norfolk Lodge before - we will next time!
